In abundance of caution and with concern for maintaining the safety and health of the public and our employees, Benton Franklin Legal Aid will be limiting operation hours as a precautionary measure to slow the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus)

We are closed to walk-ins & curbside pick up. Legal Aid Staff will be working primarily remotely. We will be available by email and phone only from 9am to 2pm Monday through Thursday at (509) 221-1824. Please click the "contact information" tab found above for more information.

Mission Statement:
The Benton-Franklin Legal Aid Society will provide legal assistance to Qualified Low-Income individuals who would otherwise be denied access to the Justice system because of the inability to pay for the cost of counsel.
