In abundance of caution and with concern for maintaining the safety and health of the public and our employees, Benton Franklin Legal Aid will be limiting operation hours as a precautionary measure to slow the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus)
From March 20, 2020 through April 3, 2020, Legal Aid Staff will be working primarily remotely. We will be available by email and phone only from 10am to 2pm Monday through Thursday. Contact information can be found under the “Contact Information” tab above.

The Benton-Franklin Legal Aid Society will provide legal assistance to Qualified Low-Income individuals who would otherwise be denied access to the Justice system because of the inability to pay for the cost of counsel.
